This was not an easy decision. In fact, I agonized over it. Sure, the yellow boat is fun. It stands out on the water. I’m going to miss her.

But, when I saw my new grey boat for the first time, I felt the shift. My eyes became steadier. The grip of my handshake became a little firmer. Yes, folks, I had to buy a bigger pair of pants. That’s what a grey boat does to a man.

After 10 amazing years of running Xplore Offshore in our fun yellow boat, I decided to graduate. Puttin’ on the big pants. Becoming distinguished and sophisticated out on the water.

That’s right. We’re going grey.
