Xplore Offshore Gets New Lighting

Ok, I’m giddy. I’m like a little school girl. Xplore Offshore just installed brand new Ocean LED lighting to the bottom of our boat.

I know, right??? O.M.G.

I needed great connections, so I enlisted Kyle and Cole from WOT Marine in Carlsbad,CA to do it right.

Worked with the technicians at OceanLED. We decided on the Pro Xtremes. They emphasized proper mounting so we went with ABS blocks to stabilize the wiring.

The lights needed to be mounted to the trim tabs because its an “inspected” vessel. No holes in the boat, please.

They are ridiculously bright. I can’t wait to see them bring fish and squid up.
